Consulting & Construction
There is an undeniable situation that is occurring in this career. Gravity has become a formidable opponent and clearly is winning. In other words, I’m now having to limit the number of more physically demanding larger features that I do. I typically accept one or two commissions a year with a myriad of smaller projects tucked in between during a building season.
One of the most valuable services I provide is education. I can share what I know, what to avoid, what works and what doesn’t. I will often give prospective clients homework that leads them to what they want to create, and in follow-up meetings this new input will solidify the vision, which can be much broader than what it was at the beginning of the process. Over the years I have taken thousands of photos that can help clients decide on the look they want.
The cost is based on time spent, the travel involved, and the extent to which I am involved in the project.
